Kate Andrews was appointed by the Board as an independent Director of COTA Australia in January 2017. She is a member of the Governance, HR and Remuneration Committee.

Kate has qualifications in communications, marketing and financial services and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

Kate is a Management Consultant and has extensive experience in marketing and advertising including 17 years’ experience in executive leadership in Australia and the US, spanning superannuation, technology, telecommunications, financial services, automotive, and packaged goods.
