Our Board is led by an independent chairperson, with four Foundation Member Directors from the State and Territory COTAs and another four independent Directors.
Policy Committee
The COTA Australia Policy Committee is a standing committee of the Board responsible for ensuring COTA Australia develops evidence informed policies that achieve improvements in the lives of older Australians.
COTA Australia Constitution
COTA Australia now has a new Constitution. It will support the modern governance of our organisation and strengthen the way we work with our State and Territory COTA colleagues through the COTA National Alliance.
