Joan Hughes is President of COTA NSW. She has been a Director of COTA Australia since February 2016 and is a member of the Governance, HR and Remuneration Committee.

Joan has qualifications in social science and education.  She is currently CEO of the Australian Veterans’ Children Assistance Trust and volunteers for various community organisations.
