Pam has worked as a Social Worker for 40 years in both front line and executive management roles. She recently retired after 12 years as CEO of Woodville Alliance, a medium sized agency working across South Western Sydney. Pam’s experience is wide ranging and includes over a decade in local government, and work across disability, child, youth and family, older people, mental health, housing, community crime prevention and early education.

Pam has always sought to link her front line experience with advocacy and policy work. She has done this through roles on the Boards of several peak agencies; including as President of the Board of the NSW state peak, NCOSS from 2006 to 2010 and as President of the Board of the Western Sydney peak, Western Sydney Community Forum from 2016 to 2020. More recently Pam has been active in campaigning for gambling harm reduction informed by working in Western Sydney. In 2023 Pam joined the Board of COTA Australia.

Pam has a BA; a Bachelor of Social Studies (professional social work qualification), is a Graduate of the AICD; a certified organisational coach IECL and is an Ambassador for the ZEST awards which celebrate the community services industry in Western Sydney.
