Scams Awareness Week runs from 24 – 28 August and Services Australia’s Scams Prevention and Engagement Team, in partnership with COTA Australia, presented a free webinar on Monday 24 August.
The theme was,: Don’t get caught out – Learn how to recognise and respond to Services Australia and myGov scams.
Participants were shown how to identify common scam tactics, understand the warning signs, and know what to do if you or someone you know is targeted.
