To help older Australians navigate the detail, COTA Austalia has produced this year’s Policy Alert, a fourteen-page analysis of the budget and its implications for people aged 50 and over.
This Policy Alert steps through the budget measures most relevant to people aged 50 and over, explaining what each measure means in practice and setting out where we will continue to advocate for improvements.
The analysis is presented under COTA Australia’s five Strategic Plan priority areas:
