The Aged Care reforms introduced on 1 November 2025 are significant and we’ve heard from many older people and their families about the impacts they’ve experienced since the reforms commenced.
As the reforms head toward the 6 month mark since introduction, COTA Australia and OPAN (Older Persons Advocacy Network), hosted 3 webinar sessions to provide another opportunity to have your questions answered.
The 3 sessions on Aged Care Reform Explained have now been completed. Thank you to the particpants who attended and for contributing your questions and live chat to each of the webinars, ensuring we were listening to the people, families, carers and older Australians who are affected by the reforms or needed clarfication or support on so many queries. The 3 webinar forums allowed us to listen carefully to what you were asking and to help you directly or indirectly, get the support or answers you required.
